Job Title : Litigation Attorney – General Liability / Transportation Location : Onsite or Hybrid-Remote (San Diego, CA 92130) About the Role : Seeking Litigation Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to handle general liability (auto, premises liability, construction defect) and complex liability matters for a hard-working, fast-paced, AV-rated law firm. Self-starting, solid work ethic candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation required, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery and motions. Candidate should have experience taking percipient/party/expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings. Excellent research and writing skills are required. Key Responsibilities : Manage and represent clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials. Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters. Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. 1-6 years of experience in relevant legal experience. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits : Salary : $110,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience.
