The Sr. Digital Product Owner will be responsible for the strategy and vision for our Digital Health experiences & products within defined personas. In this role, you will work closely with UX/Design and Engineering teams as well as partner with adjacent teams across the organization to deliver experiences and products that shape the future of Healthcare. You will be an integral part of a highly cross-functional team working with world class medical professionals, designers, and engineers to help innovate and address challenging problems within the healthcare space. Translates customer needs to technical solutions from start to finish. Writes detailed, well-organized requirements and user stories that can be used to design product specifications.People--- Models and fully supports the Experience as aligned with Mission, Vision, and Values, in all interactions.--- Apply excellent communication and teamwork skills to maintain successful working relationships with team members and various groups throughout the organization. Listen effectively. Build appropriate rapport. Use diplomacy and tact.--- Demonstrate ingenuity, self-reliance and resourcefulness. Able to take needed action without direct instructions.--- For team leaders (Supervisors, Charge Nurse, Lead), establish clear responsibilities and expectations for employees, hold employees accountable and provide proper coaching and developing, promote Job Behavioral Competencies cooperation with other work units, ensure team members are treated fairly, encourage teamwork behaviors. Financial Stewardship--- Manage individual scope of work including assigned tasks and activities in a timely manner and within budget.--- Identify opportunities for improvement and, when appropriate, develop and implement effective solutions.--- Use departmental and Organization resources appropriately.--- Maintain attendance according to hospital policy and procedure.--- Record time and attendance accurately and timely. Quality and Service--- Provide quality service and support to patients and/or client groups. Demonstrate a positive image and perform responsibilities in a professional manner. Ensure that all information and services provided are accurate, meet the client's needs, and are available in a timely manner.--- Adheres to all patient care and department standards, policies and procedures, and meet regulatory requirements on a continued basis.--- For team leaders (Supervisors, Charge Nurse, Lead), establish clear objectives and measure/monitor progress and results related to department/organization goals and initiatives. Utilize industry standards and benchmarks to measure quality and increase customer satisfaction. Hospital/Department Policies--- Comply with annual health evaluation without a reminder.--- Attend required department and hospital meetings.--- Maintain CPR, certifications (BLS, ACLS, NALS, PALS, E.P., etc.) per hospital policy.--- Maintain current license, certification, and registration--- Complete annual "house-wide mandatories" per hospital/department requirements.--- Complete competencies per department requirements within expected timeframes.--- Perform job within hospital/patient safety standards--- Perform job in safe manner to avoid injury to self and others, illnesses, and exposure to blood/body fluids, wear personal protective equipment, and uses appropriate safety products.--- Maintain a personal dress standard in keeping with hospital/department policy and wear approved name badge.--- Demonstrate knowledge of and practices the hospital and department policies and operating procedures. This knowledge may include the use of specialized instrumentation, Quality Control requirements, and preventative maintenance.Job Qualifications Education, Training and Experience Required:Digital Product Owner Sr.--- Seven plus years of product management experience within leading consumer products and/or HealthTech organizations--- Bachelors' Degree required--- Experience delivering enterprise level employee and consumer facing mobile and web applications, familiarity with user experience and interactive design best practices--- Experience planning, managing, and leading complex technology projects in a high-paced, fastchanging work environment, leading the team through issue resolution during the entire development lifecycle.--- Experience planning and leading software release cycles including prioritizing features, coordinating schedules across platforms, coordinating user testing, and communication with stakeholders on roadmaps, delivery status, and change management details Preferred:--- Experience using Agile development methodologies and familiarity using JIRA/Confluence to document business requirements and organizing work into Epics, User Stories, and writing Acceptance Criteria is a plus. Skills or Other Qualifications Required:--- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to clarify business problems, identify process/user experience improvement opportunities, and represent business interests during the design and development of technology solutions--- Proven ability to write detailed business requirements intended for software engineering, UI/UX design, and track record of working with engineering/design to create technology solutions--- Ability to collaborate with software engineering teams to reduce technical debt, introduce new technologies, and migrate to new architectures--- Excellent meeting facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skillsJob Requirements:Essential Functions --- This role requires the ability to think big, dive deep with technical teams, and work across partners throughout the larger Healthcare organization to deliver important Digitally forward healthcare products.--- You must have a passion for mobile app experiences and bring analytical rigor to the team.--- You must be familiar with machine learning capabilities and have experience using it to rank or personalize content.--- It is critical that you can work backwards from the customer and think through the translation of customer needs to technical solutions with the help of your engineering & design partners.--- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application--- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and external factors--- Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market--- You have excellent meeting facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills--- Perform other product owner duties as assigned
