Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in coordinating real estate efforts with internal
departments (engineering & construction, sales, finance, legal,
risk management, and other departments) and with external partners
Perform and assist with utility outreach to establish utility
relationships and establish availability of gas and power required
Coordinate the flow of site acquisition documents such as
Letters of Intent, Leases, and Purchase Sale Agreements.
Coordinate and communicate with the landlords through the
development process and once operational.
Address special situations such as NNN cost determination,
property taxes, enterprise zones, easements, and other site
Monitor compliance with and administer real estate
Initiate and execute contract renewals.
Track work in process and develop status reports.
Identify, obtain and organize site acquisition documents.
Coordinate transactions prepare and review documents for lease
and purchase closing.
Maintain and manage appropriate checklists, records and
spreadsheets such as the rent and royalty report.
Provide analytical, planning and due diligence support.
Other projects, assignments, and duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with related experience in
corporate real estate, commercial brokerage office, escrow and

correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
