Job Description:
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Account Relationship Specialist serves
as a post-sale resource to new and existing clients and operational
sales support for a sales team. The Account Relationship Specialist
works in partnership with Account Executives to ensure smooth
client on-boarding and retention. As an extension of the outside
sales team, this role is a team builder, not a turf builder, in a
fast-paced and team-oriented environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage
new and existing accounts with a focus on delivering first class
customer service, client satisfaction and retention. Help execute
digital solutions that meet and exceed our clients expectations by
delivering the right results at the right time. Support the
planning and execution of both print and digital advertising
campaigns and help monitor campaign performance. Build and nourish
strong business relationships with assigned clients. Use those
relationships to better understand and meet their individual needs
and requirements as well as enhance the sales performance of the
team. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate
products/services. Collaborate with sales partners and management
on new ideas and initiatives. Provide feedback to sales partner
regarding customer needs and concerns. Effectively maintain CRM
platform structure to ensure that all information is current and
accessible. Manage and maintain accuracy and integrity of account,
contact and opportunity data. Manage reporting to identify trends;
measure and forecast performance, churn, and retention. Collaborate
with account executives to identify customer support and technology
problems and resolve them. Maintain a thorough understanding of
procedures to schedule advertising campaigns. Attend all sales
training, sales meetings, strategy meetings and outside
work-related events as assigned. Work with team members on ways to
improve sales figures and identify the campaign performance for the
customer. Serve as support on sales calls as needed. Perform other
duties as assigned. Requirements, minimum education level, and
experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications
or equivalent sales experience Experience using CRM system
strategically to deliver business value Dependable transportation
and a valid South Carolina drivers license and proof of insurance
Digital marketing account management experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Marketing fundamentals plus
cross-function and collaboration skills Expert in Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint Google certifications a big plus: Analytics, Adwords,
Google my Business Ability to understand the business requirements
and work with the team to translate them into solutions Strong oral
and written communication skills Strong planning and organizational
skills with attention to detail Strong customer service,
interpersonal, and relationship building skills Strong analytical,
problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to define
problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
Ability to comprehend how individual data rolls up to achieve key
program goals and milestones A strong working knowledge of a
variety of digital services and how to match our solutions,
products and services with our clients needs The ability to create
custom, professional presentations based on the data provided by
our sales team The ability to coordinate deliverables on time in a
cost-effective and high-quality manner The ability to work together
with our sales team to brainstorm solutions and/or go on sales
calls with them to help explain complicated digital solutions to
clients Strong time management skills to meet deadlines Ability to
prioritize and re-prioritize as needed in a fast-paced and somewhat
stressful working environment, proactively managing numerous
projects and prioritize competing deadlines Self-starter with the
ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
environment Physical Requirement, Work Environment and Travel:
Close eye work on computer, continuous sitting, constant walking,
standing, light to moderate lifting 15-20 pounds. The worker is
frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which
provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from
temperature changes. However, the worker is also sometimes subject
to outside environmental conditions while meeting with clients
outside of the office. Limited local travel is required. EOEby
