Job Description We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Newport Beach. Our clients are our top priority and this team member will be focused on client retention services and performing administrative assistant duties. Primary tasks include providing a first-class level of customer service to all clients with a positive and compassionate support via phone and email; maintain effective communication and partnership between the attorney and administration team; efficient and accurate data entry within office systems; and provide accurate, on-time response to all inquiries. Call types range from Client Intake, Scheduling of New Client Consultations, and Client Satisfaction Surveys. Position Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, preferably within a law firm. Some college preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
