Job Description Desktop Health, based in Newport Beach,
California, is leveraging additive manufacturing and advanced
materials to personalize patient care. Desktop Health is vertically
integrated to develop, manufacture and commercialize applications
across a range of healthcare specialties. The company is rapidly
focused on leveraging its bio printing capabilities across several
key specialties. We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives
who will join us on the ground level as we build technology to
drive the advancement of personalized healthcare. This role will
serve as the primary sales and account management representative to
existing and new accounts within the assigned territory. In this
role, you will be responsible for increasing sales and distribution
within the territory by growing and maintaining the customer base
and relationships. You'll accomplish this by developing a partner
mentality with dentists, orthodontists, and labs; analyzing
business needs, discussing benefits and features of equipment and
technology solutions, coordinating product demonstrations,
explaining return on investment, and discussing emerging trends in
the industry. Primary Responsibilities: Work contact list for
dentists, orthodontists, and labs as potential customers Set up
visual demo for any all aspects of the digital workflow Support
exiting managers and channel partners in order to grow regional
sales / customer base Accountable to achieve sales revenue, volume,
and distribution objectives in assigned territory. Explain the
materials, features and benefits of 3D printing and biofabrication
solutions Inform dentists of and answer questions about the price,
availability and delivery schedule of supplies and equipment
Negotiate and prepare sales agreements Train dental office staff,
such as the dentist, dental hygienist and dental assistant, in the
use of the supplies, tools and equipment Discuss with dental
professionals developments and advances in the dental practice
Suggest new products to dentists, especially in keeping with
advances in technology and treatment approaches Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in dental industry sales
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sciences is a plus
Previous experience working in an dental office is a plus Knowledge
of company product lines and materials preferred Must successfully
introduce new products and work with current and prospective
customers to meet desired sales and service needs Strong
communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
with existing and new customers Must efficiently process product
orders and maintain frequent contact with accounts Must respond to
customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively Must work
well in a team environment Prepares all correspondence and
paperwork related to accounts, including call reports entered into
