Job DescriptionAre you about the Sea life? Do you like a dynamic work environment working around and on boats and outside? Do you like driving boats?Carefree Boat Club SoCal is a members-only boat share in Newport Beach and San Diego.We have a fleet of really niceboats for our members to use unlimited. Our company is growing and this is an opportunity to work in a very peasant environment at Lido Marina Village taking care of some beautiful boats.Dock Staff are responsible for keeping the boats in sparkling condition for our members. Our dock staff represent our club and will be held to a high standard as we deal with a high-end clientele. We deliver smiles and help our clientsmake memories on the water! Our dock staff get to work outside for most of the day right on the docks at our beautiful facility. Our Dock team is responsible for prepping our boats, and boating equipment for our members with a smile! This also means needing to drive the boats to get fuel (we teach!). If you would like to work outside near the water and enjoy the boating lifestyle, this may be a great opportunity!Dock staff are responsible for the following(among other things):

• Answering club phones and assisting with reservations
• Confirming all customer reservations
• Thoroughly cleaning each boat before and after every outing
• Cover and maintain all boats and interiors daily
• Re-fuel boats. (Requires boat driving; we can train, but experience preferred)
• Interact with potential clients and show off the fleet
• Use our timekeeping software and phone software (Smartphone apps)
• Physical work required; handling and tying boats down to the docks, carrying equipment, working with anchors, and other boat equipment. lots of walking from docks to officeThis list is not everything, but a good a good representation of what to expect.Tips from guests are fairly frequent in cash/venmo.Boat Club benefits available after 4 months (yes that means take boats out for fun)Please submit resume and introduce yourself.Company DescriptionCarefree Boat Club is a members only boat share based in Point Loma, National City, Coronado, and Newport Beach.
