fraction of the price. Unlike conventional natural gas, RNG is not
a fossil fuel and does not involve drilling.Client pioneered RNG as
a vehicle fuel in the U.S. and we continue to be North America's
largest provider of RNG for the transportation industry.Job
DetailsSummarySupport bidding and estimating process by developing
and preparing construction cost estimates for gas station
projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the
following. Other duties may be assigned. Prepare construction
estimates and budgets for moderate to highly complex gas station
design build projects, with accuracy and timeliness by meeting RFP
or business development directed deadlines. Work with Sales
Engineers, Project Managers, and Business Development Managers to
review construction estimates and documents for completeness
accuracy and consistency with the specified scope of supply. Review
General Contractor estimates to ensure consistency with
construction scope of supply, historical construction cost
databases, and industry standard practices. Assist with reviewing,
editing and finalizing proposal material of moderate to high
complexity projects, ensuring that the submittal is consistent with
RFP proposal requirements and specifications regarding order,
clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Maintain current and
historical construction cost and bid result databases. Perform unit
quantity take-offs from Construction Documents including Civil,
Electrical, and Mechanical. Read lengthy and complex RFP documents
to develop construction scope and identify project risks.Other
duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully,

Bachelor's Degree related field plus a minimum of 3 years of
related experience; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret
general business periodicals, professional journals, technical
procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports,
business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to
effectively present information and respond to questions from
groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Mathematical
Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,
interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic
algebra and geometry. Ability to perform unit quantity take off
from construction documents.ReasoningAbility to apply principles of
logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and
practical problems.Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism
(formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in
its most difficult phases.Ability to deal with a variety of
abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills Proficient in
Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Project,
and Outlook.Ability to use a Project Management platform, Bluebeam,
and/or Estimating Software platform is a plus.Ability to use
AutoCAD is a plus.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None
required.A Professional Certificate or equivalent in Construction
Estimating is a plus.Physical Demands The physical demands
