comprises several groups supporting corporate office operations for
First Republic, including Facilities, Corporate Purchasing, Mail
Room, Reception, and Architectural Design & Development. Our people
serve our colleagues' in-office needs in multiple regions
throughout the United States.The Client Experience
Associate/Facilities Coordinator is responsible for answering &
directing all incoming calls to the general numbers, greeting
clients/guests, scheduling and maintaining conference room
calendars, distributing courier packages and incoming packages and
USPS mail. This individual must be customer service oriented and
maintain a high level of professionalism.
This individual will work directly with the Director of Facilities
& Administrative Services and regional leadership to oversee the
facilities maintenance, construction and furniture projects, and
office moves for the South Coastal region. The CEA/Facilities
Coordinator will also have strong project management and
communication skills for coordinating a variety of facilities
projects. This knowledge will be used to direct staff, vendors, and
contract resources for the Administrative Services team.
What you'll do as a Client Experience Associate & Facilities
Coordinator:Create a memorable customer service experience for
existing and prospective clients and provide ongoing service and
support to internal colleagues.Responsible for answering and
directing incoming calls and greeting clients/guests.Responsible
for distributing mail, courier packages, and other shipments as
needed.Responsible for scheduling and maintaining conference room
calendars, and reserving office space for visitorsSpot check
conference rooms and lobbies throughout the day to ensure
environments are tidy and clean for guests.Maintain pantry and
supply rooms including keeping these rooms organized and tidy,
managing inventory, ordering and stocking of supplies.Coordinate
physical access to the office (building access cards) for employees
and vendors. Works with Corporate Security to coordinate alarm
codes for vendors.Ensure requests made to the Administrative
Services team are responded to and resolved or escalated in a
timely, cost-effective manner and to the satisfaction of the
end-user. Maintains record of all employee requests in our
facilities management software system, and keeps employees informed
on the status of requests.Provide leadership to ensure
Administrative Services issues/problems are resolved and escalated
in a timely manner. Contacts appropriate vendors or internal
support teams for facilities maintenance issues for end to end
fulfillment.Establish and maintain business partner relationships
with vendors, third party service providers, property management
teams, internal business units, and local leadership. Requires
effective and consistent line of communication and feedback loop on
service levels.Assist in managing the facilities aspects of the
Newport Beach regional office, including office, equipment and
employee moves; coordinating building janitorial services; and
performing furniture & equipment maintenance as needed or directed
by the Director of Facilities and Administrative Services.Assists
in the company's safety and security programs, including but not
limited to the corporate office buildings' fire drills and the
Bank's floor warden and business continuity programs.Performs other
duties as assigned.

and the MS Office Suite of applications.Must possess excellent
written and oral communications skills and the ability to clearly
define projects, objectives, goals, schedules, and assignments.Must
possess a broad knowledge of all bank operations.Requires
willingness and ability to adapt to rapid change to support and use
future technology.Ability to work well under pressure.

range
$62,400 - $68,000 annually
Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including, but not
limited to, skills and experience. Full-time employees may be
eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

time off and a Wellness Program. Annual bonus, incentive pay and/or
