Job Description:

Essential Functions:

• Reviews surveillance footage high value materials as assigned.
• Investigates and reports any suspicious activity relating to theft of precious metals.
• Ensure all surveillance cameras and related systems are visible and functions as needed. -
• Support loss prevention efforts by reviewing available technology and recommending the most appropriate equipment and software relevant to the needs of the department.
• Utilizes video editing tools to record, edit, cut, and compile videos to complete incident reports. Determines appropriate action and recipient of such details depending on such incident. -
• Travels to local and remote labs to service, install, and maintain surveillance cameras.
• Works with various internal departments and off-site facilities to ensure adherence to tracking standards and accurate data documentation.
• Develops spreadsheets and tools to track materials, ensure reliable inventory counts, and prevent shrinkage.
• Collects on and off-site data; compiles reports using data.
• Follows the Precious Metals protocol in maintaining the precious metals cabinet and ensuring that everything is clean, organized, and safe.
• Run wiring through ceilings and walls for cameras.
• Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor while working in locations with a high volume of employees and in areas that require frequent contact with employee population and general public.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibiting high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum five (5) years of administrative or clerical experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting equipment. Special Requirements/Certification:
    • 25% travel to different work locations (within and outside of California), as required.
    • Valid driver's license in the State of California. Pay Range: $19.69-$24.41
