Your role

A leading boutique wealth management team, with over $1B in team assets, is looking for administrative and executive partner support for their senior leadership team, based in Newport Beach, CA. You will be joining an elite team of purpose-driven, experienced wealth management advisors whose mission is to help families build amazing lives of significance - connecting their wealth to the people and causes they love. This is an exceptional opportunity for a take-charge, motivated self-starter to expand leadership, critical thinking and interpersonal skills and bring excellence to our client's wealth management experience.

We are passionate about developing long-term relationships, so you will be fully invested in providing best-in-class, friendly and professional service to our client base of ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals. For this you must be focused and results-driven with strong attention to detail, have superior anticipation and execution ability, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. This role will receive supplemental compensation, taking the total compensation range over $100k.

You will serve as the Chief Experience Officer for a Newport Beach wealth management team that serves 90 UNHW families. Your role is to deepen existing and prospective relationships, through exceptional attention, proactive service and facilitating daily administrative functions for the group

Your expertise

Key Requirements:
---Experience working with high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
---Strong industry, product, branch procedures knowledge which include processing incoming and outgoing wires, charitable gifting, cash management, entering orders as directed by advisors or clients.
---Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
---Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
---Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
---Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven

Key responsibilities will include optimizing operational efficiencies and supporting the team's daily business activities with:
---Telephone coverage
---Calendar management
---Client events planning
---Meeting planning and coordination
---Maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms.
---Travel arrangements
---Expense reports

Salary information

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $67,000 to $80,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
