Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Injury Lawyer to join our law firm in Newport Beach. As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will be responsible for representing clients who have suffered physical or psychological injuries due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Your role will involve providing legal advice, conducting investigations, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings. We are looking for a passionate advocate with strong analytical skills and a commitment to seeking justice for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients regarding personal injury claims and related matters.
Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, including medical records, witness statements, and accident reports.
Assess the viability of personal injury cases and determine the potential legal remedies available to clients.
Prepare and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure fair compensation for clients.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other specialists to strengthen clients' cases.
Stay up to date with legal developments, precedents, and regulations relevant to personal injury law.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and legal options.
Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality throughout all interactions and case handling.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, preferably with a focus on plaintiff representation.
In-depth knowledge of personal injury statutes, regulations, and case law.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
