A company is looking for a Senior Customer Resolution Specialist
responsible for providing high-level customer service and resolving
escalated customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Research and respond to escalated inquiries and complaints from
customers
Interact with customers to assess situations, provide
acknowledgment, and troubleshoot for resolution
Identify emerging trends and provide input to improve processes and
customer experience
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Generally has 7+ years of related experience
Prior experience supporting customer escalations in a related
field
Extensive knowledge of the company's products and services
Strong organizational and time management skills
