Job Description:
A company is looking for a Faculty Training Specialist
responsible for developing and delivering training protocols for
faculty.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct new faculty training and orientation
Coordinate faculty training related to the LMS and new educational
technology
Schedule and manage Faculty Development Week events
Provide support and strategies for faculty observation and quality
assurance
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in education from an accredited institution
2+ years of higher education teaching experience
1+ years of faculty management or programmatic leadership
experience
Experience delivering faculty development sessions via web-based
platforms
