Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Community Content and Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily engagement with community members and develop engagement strategies
Moderate the community according to guidelines and improve governance
Collaborate with internal teams to amplify staff participation and enhance engagement

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of community management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Knowledge of marketing ecosystems and best practices for community engagement
Understanding of community engagement strategies and governance
Ability to create and manage various content formats for community engagement
Experience with community moderation and facilitation skills
