Development Specialist for our Administration Office in Irvine,
California. This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional

Reporting to the Vice President, Human
Resources, the Learning and Development Specialist designs,
and maintains learning and employee development training programs
quality standards for both American Career College and West Coast
University. Works closely with subject matter experts in
various disciplines to develop instructional content and supporting
for new course development, course maintenance and course
Designs and facilitates training programs for American
Career College and West Coast University that offer faculty and

working knowledge of eLearning software such as: Adobe Illustrator,
Dreamweaver, Flash, Captivate, Audacity, Adobe Premiere, SoftChalk,
Conferencing tools, Brainshark, HTML, Articulate, Captivate Adobe,
Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint).
experience in curriculum development, emphasizing
of transferring documents from various browsers, software (i.e.
Microsoft) into Learning Management System (LMS).
