Analyst in Newport Beach, CA. This role can also be 100%
remote.Analysis and ReportingUnderstand business data models and
reporting needs to provide guidance on analytics solutionsWork with
business stakeholders to define integrated business intelligence,
analytics and operational reporting needs supported within the
Salesforce platform to enable sound data-driven business decisions
to shape impactful outcomesDevelopment ProcessThe Senior Salesforce
Distribution Data Analyst should have a breadth of knowledge in
both established and emerging technologies like big data, data
sciences, predictive and prescriptive analytics in addition to
experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce,
Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, SF Territory Planning, Geo
Mapping, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Design, develop, and support
business dashboards and reports leveraging Tableau CRM (TCRM) and
standard Salesforce reporting capabilitiesCollaborate with
divisional and corporate teams to build and deploy analytics
solutionsStrategic ImprovementsPartners with sales and marketing
teams on reporting and analytics use cases and best
practicesSupport the design of effective visualization of reports
and dashboards, based on best practices in user experience
designConsults with stakeholders to understand current and future
strategies, initiatives and goals. Aligns to upcoming Salesforce
iterative releases to support User needs.Business FunctionsWorks
alongside existing analysts and owns day-to- day business
responsibilities which include maintaining dashboards, tools, and
capabilities.Responds to ad-hoc requests and provides solutions on
a timely basisMay be asked to lead one or two analystsThe
experience you will bring:8+ years of experience5+ years of
financial industry experienceExperience using industry-leading BI
tools for reporting and visualization (e.g., Tableau CRM, Tableau,
Power BI, etc.).Hands on experience in producing datasets and
reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting
toolsSignificant Salesforce experience preferred, including Tableau
CRMExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with
strong business judgment and an ability to clearly present
resultsMust be comfortable in agile environment with rapidly
changing and sometimes ambiguous work situationsExperience with
Agile Scrum delivery framework with basic working knowledge of the
key phases across the software delivery lifecycle, including
analysis, design, development, testing, and deploymentStrong
project management skills, including influencing skills and the
ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables
efficientlyExcellent communicator and presenter with proven success
in developing client relationships and managing client
expectationsExperience in creating and maintaining technical
documentation including specifications, data flows, data mapping
and data dictionaries.Strong aptitude for learning quickly and
applying sound logic when analyzing problems or defining
