Job Description:

Kforce client in Orange County is seeking a Dispatcher in their Call Center. This position is onsite in Newport Beach, CA. Hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am to 6pm (onsite) and Saturday 6am to 3pm (remote).

Responsibilities:

The Dispatcher will respond to all technical/operational service requests
Manage requests from multiple channels of communication for urgent and non-urgent service requests
Establish priorities, dispatch technicians and effectively communicating with customers and internal staff regarding the status of the site
Work closely with maintenance planners, field service support, field technicians and/or Operations management to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner
As a Dispatcher, you will communicate via phone, email, texts and chats
