- Construction Accounting: track and monitor upcoming expenditures
- Real Estate Accounting: record all RE transactions and monitor closing process
- Manage company accounts
- Perform monthly and year-end reviews
- Accurately record all company expenditures
- Maintain balance sheets and profits margins
- Review financial statements
- Calculate taxes owedQualifications:
  - Previous experience in Home building or Residential Construction Accounting
  - QuickBooks and Advanced Excel
