Job Description:
Summary
Our fast-growing creative and technical team is looking for a Post
Production Systems Lead to support our creation of audio-visual
content and evolve our team's technical capabilities as we grow.
This role would be responsible for working with internal teams and
resources to provide daily hands-on support to our team as well as
representing the team's needs in future expansion. They will be
expected to help optimize existing hardware, software and workflows
at the outset but take the lead on crafting plans, benchmarking for
justification and proposing technical upgrades that will create
more efficiency, stability and create more capacity as our team's
needs expand. This is a key role in shaping the future of our team

Key Qualifications
Deep expertise in technically supporting high-end audio-visual
content creation facilities, specifically with offline and online
editorial, color, audio, and VFX capabilities
Hands-on experience with scripting and automation, including but
not limited to Python, but also collaborating with developers on
plugin and tool development
Background in support of PC and Mac infrastructures and render
farms, focusing on VFX and video processing pipelines
Comfortable working on and supporting a fast-paced,
deadline-oriented team that is responsible for multiple projects
simultaneously
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, focusing on
developing technical documentation and crafting executive level
reports and proposals
Description
The Post Production Systems Lead will join an in-house team and be
responsible for leading the technical capabilities and support of
our team focused on high-end audio-visual content. The ideal
candidate will be comfortable balancing short term support and
optimization needs alongside long-term technical build-up planning
and execution. They will be focused on understanding and internal
content team and collaborate . They will lead the continued
development of the project management process alongside an evolving
A/V pipeline. They will coordinate with team leads to document best
practices and policies, also enforcing compliance. It is critical
to this role to build a deep understanding of our team's work, both
creative and technical, to help find operational efficiencies,
problem solve when there are time or resource constraints, and
ensure the quality of the product is preserved.
Education & Experience
BA Degree or equivalent experience.
