Project Manager, Box Integration
Newport Beach, CA
6 Month Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager will play a critical and central role in supporting the integration of Box with respect to our Alternatives business. They will work closely with all groups in the department to develop processes, procedures, best practices, and a schema in Box. They will also work to identify and backfill Box for existing documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Liaison with all relevant groups (PMs/Legal/Ops/Finance/Tax/Risk/Compliance) to ensure a comprehensive and user friendly schema
--- Coordinate with to all relevant groups to ensure relevant documents are identified and backfilled
--- Develop documented policies, procedures, and best practices for Box
--- Work with outside vendor on integrating their platform into the Box process

REQUIREMENTS
--- 1-3 years of experience in the project management
--- Tech related experience a plus
--- Compliance related experience and/or legal background a plus
--- Strong relationship skills and proven ability to work with cross functional teams
--- Enjoy working collaboratively across the organization to resolve issues.
--- Well-refined communications skills. Can articulate ideas and strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing.
--- Proven ability to operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
--- Advanced abilities with Box or DealCloud a plus.
--- Bachelor's degree and strong academic record from a leading, accredited college or university.
