Job Description:
Summary The Senior LNG Logistics Coordinator is responsible for
the planning, scheduling, and processing of all LNG deliveries to
Clean Energy and Customer Owned LNG & LCNG stations in North
America. The coordinator will monitor tank volumes, analyze
historical usage, analyze trends of fuel consumption and
incorporate delivery distances to determine accurate scheduling of
fuel delivery. Continually monitor the delivery schedule and make
any necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery to prevent a
station running out of fuel. Once deliveries have been confirmed,
the coordinator is responsible for reconciling and processing all
documentation close each delivery.Salary Range: $48,750 -
$81,250Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.Monitor station LNG fuel inventory
levels using Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
software dashboards. Troubleshoot and collaborate with Operations
if inventory levels are not recording accurately.Coordinate and
manage schedule of daily LNG loads to ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze, respond to and make decision on issues as they arise.
Produce management reports, update transportation management
system, and support other departments including Accounting or
Operations as required. General understanding of logistics
contracts. Assist with oversight of logistics contracts/contract
management. Forecasting fuel supply by analyzing consumption
patterns to ensure timely delivery schedules.Schedule daily/weekly
loads of LNG to customers by coordinating with trucking company and
external customers. Respond to customers' orders, requests, and
issues.Ongoing monitoring and analysis to ensure lowest delivered
cost economic routing to each station based upon variables
including commodity, liquefaction, distance, and trucking transport
cost.Maintain transportation management system up to date on a
daily basis. Review, approve and/or correct delivery slips for
prompt billing; troubleshoot issues or any missing
information.Carrier invoice processing and freight billing
reconciliation.Perform month end activities, including
reconciliation of loads in TMW, payload report, short loads and
expense review.Participate in process improvement reviews and
initiatives. Review logistics procedures and ensure compliance.
Other duties as assigned.ReportsResponsible for generating and
analyzing the following reports to increase profitability and
effective and timely deliveries (additional analysis and reports
may be generated as needed). Payload optimization analysis Carrier
utilization of natural gas tractors for making deliveries on behalf
of Clean Energy Percentage of on time deliveries by carriers Loaded
and offloaded volumes at stations and customer sites MTD, YTD
customer tracking and reporting of sales.Other dutiesOther duties
as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no
supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications Must have the ability
to use independent judgment in responding to customer issues,
including being the liaison with accounting and other departments
to gather data needed to respond to customers as well as when it is
appropriate to dispatch service technicians to the fueling

in Logistics Management, Finance, Economics or related analytical
field plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or

communicating such information in concise verbal and / or written
forms. Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence.Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract,

common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and
percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills and common
sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written,
oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving
several concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer
Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mercury Gate, TMW or other
transportation management software helpful.Certificates, Licenses,
