JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Implementation/Portfolio Management Consultant
This Strategic Implementation Consultant will help drive strategic planning into execution. This role will have a change management component and will work with strategy, portfolio, and change team members to create a viable division portfolio. The Portfolio Management Consultant will report to the AVP of Business Strategy Acceleration

• Apply expertise and best practices of strategic and portfolio planning, including key stakeholder buy-in and process adoption
• Partners with Director of Strategy and Director of Portfolio Management to evaluate and resolve gaps in our strategic plan and portfolio planning process to strengthen the foundation of these functions
  Skills:
  Proven track record bridging strategy to execution
  Knowledge and understanding of project management, principles, methodologies and practices
  In-depth know ledge of change management principles
  Demonstrated experience in partnering to solve business problems
  Experience in delivering multiple projects
  Proven ability to developing options and analysis
  Strong interpersonal skills to influence, persuade and motivate others
  Experience developing a strategic roadmap that aligns with the business strategy.
