Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide
first-level customer support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver telephone-based and electronic support to students,
faculty, and staff across multiple campuses
Provide first-level technical support for various software
applications and assist with complex problem resolution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on advancements in technology and
ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in technical customer support
and customer service
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be
considered
All requirements must be met by the time of employment
