The goal for our acquisition position is to close 8 deals a month.
To make an above-average income you must put in more time than your
average agent. This position is not for anyone with a 9-5
mentality. We are looking for driven acquisition agents, ready to
answer the phone and speak with sellers, agents, attorneys to close
on more properties.
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and
get the deal signed
Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for
Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay
on task until deals are closed
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports,
partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other
business administration paperwork in advance of real estate
Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach
to assess property value and condition
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and
superior phone skills to set and close appointments
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related
field of study preferred
1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real
estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
