medical aesthetic treatments and procedures. We are seeking a Sr.
Sales Operations & Analytics Manager to join our Global Insights
and Analytics team, where you will be directly supporting the Sales
and Digital Innovation teams leading key strategic, operational,
and tactical functions. As a key member of Evolus' Global Insights
and Analytics team, you will function as a business partner to the
organization in a key role directly supporting the piloting and
rollout of new business models, as well as supporting existing
sales channels. This role will demand expertise on matters related
to analytics, reporting, process design, and sales productivity

In this role, you will be challenged to drive the success of Evolus

responsibilities of the role:
- Lead the creation and implementation of processes and
procedures to support the New Business organization, collaborating
with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide supporting evidence for ROI of pilot projects and
go/no-go decisions
- Conduct critical analyses and provide an interpretation of
findings to support key decisions
- Communicate directly with cross-functional stakeholders on key
initiatives and operational topics
- Design, implement and continuously optimize sales operations,
methodologies, and governance
- Supervise projects with supporting vendors and ensure effective
use of resources
- Construct, deploy, and maintain dashboards and reports to
monitor key performance indicators
- Other related duties may be assigned based on business
needsSkills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team
Member:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics,
Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Master's degree in an analytical field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales
Operations / Analytics related roles
- B2C, Management Consulting, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical,
Biotech or CPG industry experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Experience using SFDC, BI tools, Tableau, Data Warehouses,
and/or Python/R is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic
environment
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strong business
acumen
- Able to think critically, identify gaps and develop a plan to

- Office location - Newport Beach or Remote
- Up to 30% travel may be required, if remote
