Job Description:
Los Angeles, United States - Hybrid/Remote About the Role As the
Partnership Manager , ?????? you will be responsible for
identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that
will help accelerate our growth and expand our reach. You’ll work
closely with both internal teams and external partners to create
value-driven collaborations that align with our business goals.
Your role will focus on managing the partner lifecycle, from lead
generation to contract negotiation and long-term relationship
management. What You'll do ?????? ???? Cultivate relationships with
strategic partners, agencies, and affiliates to grow and monetize
the partner ecosystem. Serve as the main liaison for partners,
building and nurturing key relationships within the industry. Work
closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
and alignment with partner initiatives. Define KPIs, measure
partnership success, and provide regular performance insights to
senior leadership. Drive co-marketing campaigns and support sales
efforts to generate leads and expand the pipeline through partner
relationships. Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial
agreements that align with business goals and strategic objectives.
Qualifications: ??? 3 years of experience in building and managing
B2B SaaS partnerships, with a proven track record of driving growth
through strategic collaborations. Skilled in negotiation and
managing complex contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are
met. Ability to analyze partnership performance data, drawing
actionable insights to improve outcomes and align with business
objectives. Demonstrated ability to identify and seize new
partnership opportunities that support organizational goals while
working autonomously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability
to foster long-lasting, trusted relationships with key partners and
stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or
Salesforce) and a solid understanding of the SaaS industry,
especially in business communication tools like texting and
